Graduate Job – Recruitment Consultant

Location: London (Liverpool Street)

Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+)

Start Date: June 2025

What you’ll be doing:

• Build your own client and candidate network in the US tech market
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing deals
• Develop your knowledge of fast-growth sectors like FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech
• Work hard, get results, and earn uncapped commission

• 2023–2025 university graduates
• Competitive sports background (BUCS, first team, captain roles) or proven high achievement elsewhere
