Levin was born out of a belief that if every company is becoming a tech company—and tech companies need the best people to build and grow—then we could be the talent partner to power that evolution. JB leads from the front, setting the company’s global vision and staying close to the teams who deliver it every day. He’s a passionate, empathetic leader with an unwavering belief that when you surround yourself with ambitious, values-led people, there’s no limit to what you can build together.
Outside of Levin? He’ll tell you he used to be good at sailing. These days, he’s more likely to be found with his family, his dog and a big idea brewing.
With a career spanning CEO, COO, and CFO roles across private equity-backed staffing and SaaS businesses, Steve brings deep experience in high-growth internationalization, restructuring, refinancing, and exits - including four successful sales to trade and secondary PE firms. He’s results-focused, commercially sharp, and deeply committed to building environments where people can do their best work, and become leaders in their own right.
Steve joined Levin to help shape a fast-growth company that puts people and long-term thinking at its core. And that’s exactly what he’s here to deliver.
Outside of work? You’ll find him rocking out on stage, playing lead guitar in his band.
When not working on Storm3, Clare can be found practicing yoga and spending time with her kitten Jessa.
A former collegiate athlete turned top biller turned regional leader, JC brings relentless energy, fierce focus, and a team-first mentality to everything he does. He was one of Levin’s first-ever hires in 2019 and made his mark early placing executive Engineering and Security talent into FinTech. But where he really found his stride was in building teams - ones that win fast, learn faster, and always deliver.
Internally, he’s known for leading from the front, never missing a moment on the sales floor, and setting the pace for what great looks like.
Outside of work? You’ll find him racing through a HYROX, swinging (and occasionally slicing) on the golf course, or cracking a cold one post-competition.
Kesi brings fearless thinking and an unshakeable standard to everything she touches. Since joining in 2021, she’s gone from Manager to SVP, relocating from London to launch our US office and scaling Levin’s most valuable client relationships in the process. She also heads up Parity, Levin’s gender equity network, where she curates conversations and hosts leadership events for women in tech.
She’s here for the people - the ambition, the accountability, the space to build something big. And she’s doing just that.

He started his career back in 2011 as a recruitment consultant, working his way up through the ranks to lead a life sciences recruitment team. From there he went on into a training role, helping create and deliver a hugely successful training program for a global recruitment business. After gaining his CIPD level 5, he has now worked for two businesses in building people and performance strategy successfully. Since joining Levin in 2019, Jamie has been the standard-setter. With 12+ years of experience in recruitment training, he’s built a reputation for combining commercial excellence with an unwavering belief in people’s potential. He’s passionate about helping consultants and leaders realise what they’re capable of - and then pushing them to go even further.
He’s built a culture of high performance and accountability, without losing the human side. Because for Jamie, it’s simple: if you do right by people, results follow.
When he’s not coaching future top billers? He’s watching sport. All of it. Football, cricket, F1, NFL, rugby, golf, tennis… if there’s a score to track, he’s on it.
With over a decade of recruitment experience, Bethan started managing teams at just 22, going on to lead £500k+ annual billings while developing high-performing consultants. Since joining Levin in 2022, her proudest moments haven’t been the numbers (though there have been plenty) - they’ve been the life-changing stories of the people she’s helped grow.
Her leadership style is adaptive and people-first. She tailors her coaching to the individual, balancing structure with autonomy, and creating space to learn through action, even when that means learning from mistakes. Internally, she’s known for building confidence through experience and for making high performance feel both personal and possible.
When she’s not running her team? She’s literally running. Or swimming. Or lifting. Bethan’s a HYROX regular and part-time triathlete - always chasing the next challenge, in and out of work.
A founding member of Storm2, Jo has been there since day one - helping grow the business from a 15-person start-up to a global leader in FinTech recruitment. Known for his fast-paced, high-impact leadership style, he’s passionate about building scalable teams, coaching early talent, and delivering record-breaking results. Under his leadership, Storm2 has posted record billing months and delivered 80%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
He joined Levin to build from scratch - and stayed for the people, the pace, and the thrill of seeing real impact.
Outside of work? He’s all about competitive sports - splitting his loyalty (and heartbreak) between the New York Jets and Arsenal. Also: big foodie energy.
He joined Levin in 2021 as a grad and has grown through every level of the business to now lead the team. With a career entirely focused on US HealthTech, Harry knows the space inside out, from GTM hiring across Provider, Payer & Employer markets, to Engineering, AI/ML and Product roles across the scale-up ecosystem. He is also the London office's resident pub quiz host, regularly running after-office events for the culture committee.
When he’s not talking to top HealthTech talent? He’s probably at a pub quiz… or just in the pub.
She joined Levin in 2020 and made her mark early in our FinTech brand, before taking on a senior leadership role in Storm3. After helping lead the team through its first $1M month, Lauren hasn’t slowed down - Storm3 NYC is now the most profitable team in Levin, month after month.
Known for her loud floor, high standards, and people-first approach, Lauren’s just as focused on building confidence and careers as she is on closing. Because in her words: “happy people = more deals.”
Off the clock? You’ll find her scouting NYC’s best restaurants, cooking up a storm, or planning her next state-hopping adventure.
A natural operator, Rebecca is known for her structured, systematic leadership style and her favorite mantra: “Fail to plan, plan to fail.” She led the launch of Storm4’s first ever sub-brand (Future Mobility by Storm4) and has consistently set the pace for what great looks like, both in the UK and now in New York.
With a background in criminology and a former life as a national trampolinist, Rebecca brings a rare combination of precision, discipline, and bounce. What keeps her at Levin? The chance to keep growing alongside ambitious people in a culture that respects hard work and rewards performance.
When she’s not in the office? She’s probably booking her next trip... Antarctica is the only continent left to tick off.
Originally set on a career in investment banking, Joe was recruited into recruitment after one very persuasive call with Levin’s Internal Talent team. He joined for the fast progression and never looked back - earning multiple Team of the Year and Manager of the Year titles along the way. Now, he’s laser-focused on building the highest-performing function in the business.
Joe’s leadership style is rooted in belief: in the people around him, in pushing past comfort zones, and in the joy of seeing others achieve what they didn’t think was possible.
Outside of Storm4? He’s on a plane, on a golf course, or on the hunt for his next great meal.
She joined Levin in 2020 as a Storm2 graduate, then took her skills global, helping launch and scale our Storm4 APAC business. Known for saying yes to any challenge, Iona thrives in blank-slate environments - spotting market opportunity, building delivery models, and setting new standards along the way.
Now back in New York, she’s driving growth in one of our most innovative verticals. In 2024, she was crowned NY’s top biller, but ask anyone, and they’ll tell you she’s just getting started.
In her downtime? Formula 1, spy thrillers, and as much US travel as she can squeeze in.
In her spare time, Chelcie can be found painting, kickboxing and dreaming up new recipe combinations for her famous loaf cakes. The Lockdown favourite? Biscoff and Banana Bread.
